This energy retro fit project involved taking the home down to the studs and adding all new closed cell spray foam and 1 & 1/2 inch zip-R to exterior. We replaced all windows with triple pane energy efficient Marvin windows and installed all new custom siding. Ten inches of closed cell spray foam was added to the new standing seam roof install. We also replaced all interior lights and assisted with an added geo-thermal heating system.
